NO REMORSE RECORDS – Re-release Albums

Greek record label, No Remorse Records are gearing up for some exciting new re-release albums. The newly announced issues feature albums from bands CHATEAUX, SYNTHESE, and DARK STAR.

ChateauxAll three albums from iconic NWOBHM band CHATEAUX will be re-issued and each one is limited to only 500 copies. The three albums, Chained and Desperate (1983), Fire Power (1984) and Highly Strung (1985) are due August 31, 2016. Formed in 1981 in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, United Kingdom, CHATEUX was started by guitarist Tim Broughton, bassist Alex Houston and drummer Andre Baylis under the Stealer moniker. After the name change to CHATEAUX, they issued their Chained and Desperate debut release in 1983 featuring Steve Grimmett of Grim Reaper.

SYNTHESE is an 80’s Heavy Metal cult band from France, and Prisoner was their only album, originally released in 1986. Now the album will be officially re-released on CD by No Remorse Records, on August 31, 2016. According to Encyclopedia Metallum, SYNTHESE was active from 1981-1986 before changing into Sultans’ Seed. The limited edition CD will include 5 bonus tracks taken from the legendary Sultans’ Seed demo.

Reissue 2016 - No Remorse Records

Real To Reel is the second album of the NWOBHM heroes DARK STAR (famous for the song “Lady Of Mars”). Originally released in 1987 on vinyl only, Real To Reel is a more melodic hard rock release. It will be available for first time on CD format on No Remorse Records, and will be limited to 500 copies. The release date is scheduled for September 27, 2016.
