Guitar wizard Steve Vai who began recording and touring with Frank Zappa‘s band from 1980-1982 before beginning a solo careeer in 1983 is releasing “Stillness In Motion: Vai Live In L.A.” on April 7, 2015. “Stillness In Motion: Vai Live In L.A.” is available as a 2-disc set or 2-DVD set and was recorded October 2012 at Club Nokia in LA while Steve was on his two year worldwide “Story of Light” tour. Vai has recorded and toured with Public Image Ltd., Alcatrazz, David Lee Roth, and Whitesnake and performs his classic material as well as selections from “Story Of Light” in this 22 song collection.
