IRON MAIDEN: Legacy of the Beast First Week Stats

Iron Maiden Legacy of the BeastIt has been almost a month since the free, mobile game Iron Maiden: Legacy of the Beast became available for download and statistics from the first week are now available. According to www.ironmaidenlegacy.com, the game was downloaded in excess of 500,000 times in the first week alone. Legacy of the Beast is also listed  in the Top 10 of Role Playing Games (RPG) in over 120 countries and has a 4.6 average rating. Mexico City takes the crown for the most downloads of the game on iOS, followed by Santiago (Chile), London (England), Sao Paolo (Brazil) and New York, New York (United States) to round out the top 5. For Android, the top 5 cities for download are Santiago, Sao Paolo, Mexico City (Mexico),  Bogota (Colombia) and London. The website also reports the rarest character discovered during the first week of release was the 5 Star Samurai Eddie. Developed by Nodding Frog, 50cc Games, and Roadhouse Interactive and in collaboration with Iron Maiden and its management, Iron Maiden: Legacy of the Beast was officially launched on July 5, 2016, in 140 countries. Players assume the role of the band’s mascot Eddie and, inspired by themes from Iron Maiden‘s songs, embark on various journeys, in search of the remains of Eddie‘s ravaged soul. Of course, a major feature of the game is the music of Iron Maiden and fans of the band will be glad to hear the game includes previously unreleased adaptations of live and studio versions of classic Maiden tunes.  The game’s setlist features over 20 songs from the band including classics such as “Aces High”, “Children of the Damned” and “Powerslave” as well as songs from Iron Maiden‘s latest release The Book of Souls.

Iron Maiden: Legacy of the Beast is available for both iOS and Android devices and is free to download from Apps stores.  Watch the full trailer:
