SkeletonwitchThe highly anticipated new EP from Skeletonwitch, The Apothic Gloom, will be released on August 19, 2016, via Prosthetic Records. With cover artwork by Sin-eater, The Apothic Gloom is heralded as an offering of searing, epic heavy metal.

Skeletonwitch is an American extreme metal band from Athens, Ohio, formed in 2003. They self-released their debut full-length, At One With the Shadows in 2004. The band broke through musically in 2006 with the self-released EP Worship the Witch garnering label interest. Beyond the Permafrost came in 2007 after signing to Prosthetic Records with the follow-up full-length Breathing the Fire, released in 2009. Two more long players arrived in 2011’s Forever Abomination and 2013’s Serpents Unleashed.

With some membership adjustments over the years, the band currently consists of drummer Dustin Boltjes, bassist Evan Linger, and guitarists Nate Garnette and Scott Hedrick and vocalist Adam Clemans.

If you know what’s good for you, you’ll come out and bang your head when SKELETONWITCH comes to your town. Worship the WITCH!
