This is my fifth edition of “25 Albums” for Decibel Geek. And things were getting a little thin by 94. Grunge had basically morphed into top forty “alternative” music like Weezer and Belly causing Kurt Cobain to blow his brains out. Pearl Jam sued Ticketmaster and lost. Gotta love those service charges.  Green Day ushered in the pop-punk movement that would influence future greats like Fall Out Boy and Panic At The Disco. Pink Floyd toured for the last time. And a Sting CD become the first official internet music purchase.  Fucking Sting.
