We’re back this week with our long-awaited Best of 2024 episode and there’s a lot for you to wrap your ears around. In a time that many seem all-too-thrilled to declare the death of a genre, there was an increasing number of great albums and songs released last year.

Plenty of new material from veteran artists was released in 2024 including albums by Judas Priest, Ace Frehley, Marilyn Manson, Saxon, and Accept among others. Lots of newer bands were forging their own path last year with new music such as DAZR, Starcrazy, Haunt and more. Other notable releases for 2024 included music from Sebastian Bach, Eclipse, The End Machine, and many more.

Did any of these albums make our lists? You’ll have to listen to find out. Chris and Aaron each count down their Top 10 releases from the year that was 2024. We hope you enjoy and share YOUR choices in the comments!
