Blind Guardian – Beyond the Red Mirror – February 3, 2015
Often credited as one of the seminal and most influential bands in the power/speed metal sub-genres Blind Guardian has a new record being released on February 3, 2015. The Germans originally formed back in 1984 and have, to date issued, ten studio albums. Beyond the Red Mirror is a concept album and sequel to 1995’s Imaginations From the Other Side. Described by vocalist/bassist and original founding member Hansi Kursch as a story between science fiction and fantasy Beyond the Red Mirror marks the longest gap between albums in Blind Guardian’s career.
