At the Bovine Sex Club during Sick As It Gets Summer Tour – photo by The Meister

Lionsault, the hard rock band from Miramichi, New Brunswick, Canada have just wrapped up their first tour into Ontario. The band’s Sick As It Gets Summer Tour saw them hitting 5 Ontario dates in 6 days, among others. Decibel Geek‘s Rich “The Meister” Dillon was on hand at two of the shows and spent about three days with the band while they crashed at his place. You can read all about the shows and their time together, including a very unplanned and impromptu audio interview recorded in the car heading to a Toronto Blue Jays baseball game here: (Three Days with Lionsault)

“COUNTING DOWN”

Now the band are poised to unveil their latest music video for the song “Counting Down”. In an exclusive to Decibel Geek, Lionsault have authorized us to post the video a few days before anyone else. So you’re seeing it here first folks! Check it out and let us/the band know what you think in the comments below.

Featured in the video directed by drummer Chase Nicols, are clips filmed during the tour by Chase (and a couple by The Meister using Chase‘s camera). “Counting Down” is written, recorded, produced and performed by Lionsault. Mixed and mastered by Adam Dincorn at Undertone in Saint John, NB.

The band’s debut album, Are You Feeling Lucky? is available now through the links below!

The band’s debut album, Are You Feeling Lucky? is available now. Check out The Meister‘s review here: Album Review. If that’s not enough, listen to Decibel Geek Podcast Episode #239, where hosts Chris and Aaron featured another Are You Feeling Lucky? track, “Living with the Devil”. While we love them, Decibel Geek isn’t the only media outlet screaming the praises of this band, though. The album, Are You Feeling Lucky? ended up on Sleaze Roxx‘s top ten albums of 2015!

Don’t you think it’s your turn to join the party?
