We’re back with all the latest happenings in the rock and metal world with Geekwire!

Tragically, one person died and several were injured at a recent Morbid Angel show outside of Chicago. We discuss this sad situation and are sending good vibes to the people affected.

Chris recently ventured to the theater to see the Neil Bogart biopic ‘Spinning Gold.’ Did it accurately portray Neil and the Casablanca Records story? Was it a mess of factual inaccuracies? Above all else, was it worth a watch? Chris gives his full review of the movie.

Sebastian Bach recently pranked Skid Row fans by claiming a deluxe edition of ‘Subhuman Race’ was being released. Did this work as an April Fool’s day gag? We give our thoughts.

Other stories covered this week include Vinnie Vincent bringing Marq Torien on board for his next event in Nashville, Vivian Campbell professing his love for Phil Lynott, Udo Dirkschneider claiming his current band is more authentic than ACCEPT, and more.

We also touch on the recent Ace Frehley and KISS drama (this was recorded before his recent followup interview).

We hope you enjoy Geekwire for the week of April 7th, 2023 and SHARE with a friend!
