We’ve got a new name but the same, goofy news coverage as we present Geekwire! As per usual, we’re covering all the rock and metal news that you care about.

Starting things off is our announcement of Keelfest as a part of ROCKNPOD weekend in March of 2023. We go over the lineup and much more. If you haven’t yet, get your tickets, VIP, podcast registration and more at www.rocknpod.com

Ex-Iron Maiden singer Paul Dianno has recently clarified a statement he made about Steve Harris.  Eric Martin is hinting that new things from Mr. Big might be on the way. Steven Pearcy is planning a big release of career-spanning material. Nickelback actually gets some love in this episode (no spoilers here). Foreigner announces their farewell tour. Kurt Cobain’s smashed up guitar has sold for almost a half million dollars.

Other stories discussed include Zakk Wylde learning Pantera tunes, KISS getting slammed on a Rock n’ Roll Hall of Fame list, Sharon Osbourne bashing Bruce Dickinson, and Metallica paying an amazing tribute to Jonny and Marsha Zazula.

As always, Aaron brings you up to date or rock birthdays, death anniversaries, and notable upcoming releases.

It’s a lot of news to digest, but we’re here to bring it to ya.

We hope you enjoy Geekwire for the week of 11.17.22 and SHARE with a friend!
