Jorn Lande/Trond Holter – Dracula: Swing of Death – January 27, 2015

A Norwegian rock opera, Dracula: Swing of Death, hits shelves (computer screens for the I-tunes buyers) January 27, 2015.  Norwegians Jorn Lande (playing the part of Dracula) and Trond Holter are behind the project that was inspired by the tale of Vlad The Impaler or Vlad Dracul(a).  Norwegian singer Lena Floitmoen plays the role of Mina/Lucy for Dracula: Swing of Death.  It’s reported that the story behind this concept album “explores the inner struggle inside the multifaceted and engorging character that this mysterious 15th Century personality was, while also taking into account some of the metaphysical aspects that passed into literature, forming the whole basis of the vampire mythos.  Watch the Trailer Video.
