Liv Jagrell, vocalist for namesake band Liv Sin (and frontwoman for now-defunct band Sister Sin) issues a challenge to all takers! In order to raise awareness and also donations for charity, Jagrell has thrown down the gloves! The singer (whose album Liv SinFollow Me made Meister‘s top ten of 2017) challenges folks to go vegetarian/vegan for 12 days.

The challenge comes as a part of the already established movement Veganuary. Jagrell has created menu options for the January challenge. The menu is available to any and everyone by simply donating as little as a 1$ or 1€ to Jagrell‘s collection to be awarded to charity of your choice.

To participate, simply forward your donation to Liv Jagrell‘s PayPal (liv.jagrell@gmail.com) and name the charity you wish to support. From there she will forward you her small compendium of menu suggestions.

Post on LIV JAGRELL’S Facebook Page: LIV SIN VEGANUARY CHALLENGE

Liv Sin Veganuary 2019Hey guys, I have a challenge for ya!
So I know veganuary is already a thing, but I thought I’ll do my own version, it’s a vegetarian version, but easy to make totally vegan if you like.

Our planet stands in front of a lot of difficulties and we need to think about what and how we consume.

I’m not telling anyone to totally stop eating meat, but I challenge you to try to eat vegetarian for a couple of meals every week (or try the whole January ?)

If you are interested, I’ve made a small compendium with 12 easy and very good meal recipes, plus a couple of breakfasts and some snacks.
It’s yours for whatever you like to give (you can also choose to give something to charity and just send me 1 dollar or 1 Euro and tell me what charity)
PayPal me: liv.jagrell@gmail.com (then I get your email address and can send you the compendium ?)
You’ll have it by January 1st.

I will share a couple of the recipes here on Instagram too, I promise!

This is something that I myself have been conscious of and making vegetarian choices of my own where available the last few months. It’s really not as hard as you may think. And there can be some extremely tasty options, especially once you get past the experimental stage of taste testing. As Jagrell said to me in response to my comment “…it’s really pretty easy”Rich Dillon it is, you just have to think outside the meatbox for awhile ?

Cheers Liv. Wonderful idea, I’ve already received my menu and look forward to reaching this easily attainable goal. But it doesn’t have to stop there….. Who’s in?
