Decibel Geek photographer Brian Ronald recently covered the four-day Bluesfest Festival at Harris Park in downtown London, Ontario. Saturday night was Mark Farner’s American Band time to “Shine On”. The ex-Grand Funk Railroad singer/guitarist ran through track after track of timeless classics. Seminal classics such as “Bad Time”, “We’re an American Band”, “Closer to Home”, “The Loco-Motion” and everyone’s fave “Some Kind of Wonderful”!

At almost 70 years young he was a ball of energy on stage and performed most of his set in a constant downpour.
