Overkill “Killfest” Bill

Overkill are heading to Europe in 2019 along with Destruction, Flotsam & Jetsam and Meshiakk in a tour headed as Killfest Tour 2019.  They are doing shows in Italy, Germany, France, England, Ireland and finishing in Scotland.

The band are working on their 19th studio album which should be released in plenty of time before the shows in Europe and the UK in March next year. The New Jersey thrash stalwarts have been around for 37 years and recording albums for 32 so have a huge back catalogue to choose from when playing live.

Singer Bobby Blitz is excited to come back over to Europe and has said “One more fucking time! Let the shit fall away and the metal rule the day. Overkill comes to Europe and the UK March 2019 on the release of a new album. So get your necks ready boys and girls, it’s going to be dangerous”.

Main support comes from German thrash icons and label mates Destruction. Vocalist and bass player Schmier seems even more excited and has said about the tour to come “Touring with some of the most influential American thrash icons is always a pleasure. We became good friends over all of these years, and I am happy we are all still around and we can thrash the UK and Europe together. Also some of the Australian boys from Meshiaak have toured with us down under before with their previous band 4Arm. What an intense family reunion! This is undoubtably is a killer package for metal fans, and we will present our new drummer on the tour.”

All 4 bands will play these dates in March…
