Best of 2017

Several veteran acts released strong material in 2017. Alice Cooper proved he still has the macabre touch with the release of Paranormal; an album that features a wide variety of sounds and special guests. Did it make our lists? You’ll have to listen to find out. Moreover, other seasoned artists including Living Colour, Mark Slaughter, LA Guns, Warrant, Overkill, Jack Russell, and Vain released new material. We discuss all of these albums and where they rank on our lists.

One new trend in the hard rock world these days are supergroup projects and 2017 had a number of them. Of note, releases from Revolution Saints, Sons of Apollo, Black Country Communion, and Tokyo Motor Fist came out.

Also new for 2017 were offerings from Night Demon, Every Mother’s Nightmare, Klassik 78, GWAR, Bigfoot, The Darkness, and Danko Jones. With this in mind, we have a lot to get to. We hope you enjoy Best of 2017 and SHARE with a friend!
