Reported earlier on the official Sweden Rock Festival Facebook page, 4-day regular tickets for the 2018 event are already sold out! The tickets went on sale Friday, November 24, 2017, at 9AM Swedish time (2AM in Toronto). The Decibel Geek crew was on it early and set alarms to wake up and get to the computers. 4-day tickets sold out
We knew we already had a very strong line-up, but never, in our wildest dreams, we even considered that we would sell all our 4-day tickets the first day. Of course, we are very happy. Thank you! There’s still some 4 day VIP tickets and of course the regular 3-day tickets available, but they also sell faster than ever before. We also want to point out that we will release 1-day tickets early next year, but only in a very limited amount!

New Beverage Partner in 2018
Previously announced on November 23rd, 2017 is a new beverage partner for the 2018 festival. Read that post below:
Today we can reveal that for the 2018 festival, we have initiated a new partnership that will lead to a whole new assortment in our bars. Main partner is Falcon, which, together with Staropramen, The Brooklynn Brewery and Bumblebee, will represent the new and fresh beer assortment! We will also offer a new brand of Cider, namely Somersby. The non-alcoholic brands will be Pepsi, Zingo, and Ramlösa. Naturally, we will also offer non-alcoholic beer and wine.
ABOUT THE NEW ASSORTMENT:
Falcon: The pride of Falkenberg, Sweden. Falcon is brewed on fresh spring water from the same spring that was chosen by the founder John L Skantze back in 1896.
Staropramen: Genuine Czech premium lager. Brewed since 1869 in Prag, and today the most appreciated Czech beer in Sweden.
The Brooklyn Brewery: American craft beer at its best. With the watchful eye of mayor Garrett Oliver, their new flavors continue to stretch the boundaries for beer.
Somersby: Premium cider with pure, fresh flavors and a balanced sweetness. One of the fastest growing cider brands in the world.
